From skeptic to believer
The staff were amazingly attentive, making every moment special, while the penthouse offered unforgettable views and a spacious layout for relaxation. Truly a unique ambiance for our honeymoon!
While the location is serene, it may require a bit of a trek to reach the bustling nightlife. a consideration for some!

stunning views and perfect strolls to nearby attractions
I stayed in a beautiful penthouse apartment that offered fantastic views and enjoyed breakfast in the lovely atmosphere while being just a few steps from Plaza Lazaro Cardenas and a short walk to the Malecon Boardwalk where I strolled along the vibrant sea view regularly.

Beautiful view, spacious apartment, lovely gardens
Toilet flush absolutely needs improvement!!! Also, the second bedroom difficulty with noise and privacy really hampers relaxation!!! Additionally, hearing the suffering of dogs next door disrupted my stay. There's definitely room for better soundproofing and addressing animal welfare!!!

A beautifully decorated studio apartment provided ample space and comfort, complemented by the serene natural surroundings. The staff was incredibly attentive, making communication effortless through WhatsApp, ensuring swift service like room service and taxi requests. Enjoying regional jams at breakfast added a delightful local touch. However, the limited dining options could be improved for a more varied culinary experience, and some amenities seemed under-maintained, detracting slightly from an otherwise luxurious atmosphere.

We stayed in the penthouse and it was jaw-dropping! Super spacious and super comfy. The in-room laundry was a game changer for sure. Everything felt well-kept. Just a bit bummed that the pools were smaller than expected, but the vibe around the whole place was lovely.

The Penthouse Apartment features stunning views that offer a perfect backdrop for a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The spacious layout allows for comfortable family gatherings, making it a nice spot to unwind after a long day.
Cleanliness could use some attention. it didn’t quite match the star rating expected. The food at the restaurant and pool bar felt overpriced for the portion sizes, which were on the smaller side. In one of the adjacent units, a balcony with two dogs in distress impacted the overall relaxing vibe. their barking every morning was quite disruptive and heart-wrenching. Additionally, the toilet flush in the apartment fell short of expectations, and a persistent leak on the kitchen floor was a bit of a nuisance during the stay.

Gotta say, the architectural beauty of this place was fine. The grounds were beautiful, and the kids loved the pool area-great for them to relax after a day exploring.

Stunning views and great service!
I really enjoyed my time here! The two-bedroom apartment was super spacious and comfy. The poolside snack bar was a nice touch. we loved grabbing drinks while soaking up the sun. Just a heads up, it's on a hill, so that walk back from downtown can be a workout after a long day. But those views make it worth it!

Stunning Views and a Memorable Stay
Our getaway in the penthouse offered breathtaking views that made each evening magical. The uphill location provided an invigorating workout but could be challenging for those less mobile. While the pool was invitingly warm, a cooler option would have been perfect. A more diverse menu would enhance dining choices!
